By accessing or using the website at coeurdaleneconcretecompany.com or by engaging Coeur d'Alene Concrete Company for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or request services from us.
Coeur d'Alene Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services in Coeur d'Alene, ID and surrounding areas, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, decorative concrete, and related services. Services are available to residential and commercial clients within our service area.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract. A written proposal or signed agreement is required before any work begins. Prices in proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ from estimates if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is given.
Once a project is scheduled and a deposit is received, a start date will be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on materials already ordered or work already completed.
Payment terms are outlined in each written proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer as agreed. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. Failure to pay may result in a lien on the property in accordance with Idaho lien laws.
Coeur d'Alene Concrete Company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be outlined in the written proposal for your project. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature, settlement, or conditions outside our control.
Concrete is a natural material and some degree of cracking over time is normal and not considered a defect. Control joints are installed to manage cracking. Hairline cracks that appear during the normal curing process do not constitute a warranty claim.
To allow us to complete work properly, you agree to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coeur d'Alene Concrete Company's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to other property not directly caused by our work.
